Delivery

What delivery options are available?

We use a door-to-door courier service.

Unfortunately we no longer use the South African Post Office, due to the unreliability of service and delivery times.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges can be found here.

Collection in Durban is free.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are usually 2-5 working days depending on your location.

Orders to can be collected within 24-48 working hours.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

We will send an email notification once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number which you may use to track the location of your order.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

You can check the status in your account dashboard or use the tracking module on our courier website to track your order. Enter the order number or courier waybill number that was emailed to you.

Can I pay on collection of my order?

No, unfortunately due to security concerns we cannot accept payment on collection.

How does Zapper Work?
  1. Download the Zapper app on your smartphone, complete your profile, load your credit, debit or cheque cards.

  2. On the checkout page, choose Zapper as your payment method.

  3. Scan the QR code which will be visible on the payment page with the Zapper app.

  4. Select the card you wish to pay with and hit the pay button.

  5. Once the payment is complete you’ll automatically be taken to our confirmation page and your order will be processed.
